NEWS - JUNE 29, 2006 - 09:46 ETJUNE 29, 2006 - 09:46 ET     Update on Shahuindo Property: Final Decision from the Arbitration Tribunal to be Issued Within 30 Days   MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - June 29, 2006) - Sulliden Exploration Inc. (TSX:SUE), through its wholly-owned Peruvian subsidiary "Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C., has been notified yesterday by the Arbitration Tribunal that they have concluded the arbitration process with the final hearing, that was held on June 27, 2006 as previously announced (see press release of June 15, 2006), regarding the litigation between Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C with Compania Minera Algamarca S.A. and Compania de Exploraciones Algamarca S.A. about the execution of the Transfer Agreement of the Shahuindo property in Peru. In its report dated June 27, 2006, the Arbitration Tribunal also confirmed that their decision will be issued within the next 30 days. They also specify that, according to the Arbitration rules, the Tribunal keeps the right to extend this period if they consider that they need additional time.
