Hi Juststarted: this information can be found on Micrex's home Site. https://www.mixcorp.com/home.htm This is one of a few yearly payouts that Mix has as per these agreements on certain properties. As Mix has no income outside of Private Placements they have opted to isssue shares thus our annual share base grows as each year passes and these shares do not put cash back into MIX's bank acct.
