TRX Gold Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is advancing the Buckreef Gold Project. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development and production of mineral property interests in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Buckreef Project's prospects include Buckreef, Bingwa, Tembo, Anfield, Eastern Porphyry and Buziba. Exploration Update 29 June 2006Thu Jun 29, 2006 Diamond Drilling Resumes at Itetemia After Pump Repaired -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Following the repair of a faulty water pump, 11 metres of diamond drilling was completed at Itetemia during the night shift on June 27th. Another 67 metres of drilling was completed on June 28th and by day end the hole was at 282.5 metres, on course for a total depth of 580 metres. The kimberlite drill program is making progress, with one 45 metre hole completed on the Sima license at Luhala. Another 15 metre hole was drilled on the Mwadui license. This particular program will be delayed momentarily because of mechanical problems with the support truck.
