RE: My Expert Analysis :)

RE: My Expert Analysis :)"Lukoil is still alive and interrested. This project could cost a lot to them, so they want to make sure it works. I have seen a lot of projects to fall behind schedule because the preliminary assessment has not been done correctly." Your hinting that something hasn't been done correctly in this case. I don't see any indication of that and things have been done a matter of due process. Genoil basically beat the competition last year, and other reasons (not to do with genoil) have delayed the project. Previously there wouldn't have been the need to produce what Lukoil is requesting now - quoted from the news release "a detailed defined commercial proposal to Lukoil by October 1, 2006." The stock has been dropping because of some feeling there'll be time to get back in, meanwhile make the money work somewhere else. You are right about Genoil's NR's informing investors, and the next two months should produce some pretty good kicks in SP. The wildcard will be Aramco. Good luck all.
