Valuation

ValuationI see the stock price has declined substantially over the past year. Does anyone have any idea of the cash flow and NAV on this company. Is it worth $1.55 or not? I see they reduced their capex budget for 2006, while at the same time the bank lines were increased. Clearly the bank does not have a problem with the current debt to cashflow ratios. So what gives here??? A recent check of the insider trading reveal that mngt is or has bought shares around this level.
