I agree ZI didn't think they would be that stupid or greedy, but it appears they just couldn't resist the easy money. Wilson selling his first 100,000 shares in the .75-.80 range should have been the tip off. Imagine how much these guys really sold. Oh, we don't have to, it's there in the daily trading for anyone to see.
These kind of situations make it easy to understand why there are so many .25 players in the juniors, even in real deals, the average joe over pays and it takes him years to get his cost out if he is lucky.
