Pan Southern is the operator for Oddysey Petroleum-ODE and does some work for TAE. What I do not like is the fact that Pan Southern is run by the President of ODE-V down south who does not care to answer questions to the shareholders of ODE and I have tried to reach him few times - Whitney Pensano-601-591-5566. He supposed to be accessable to the shareholders of ODE-V as a President because I do not like the hipe and not true statements from the directors of ODE since the Company was formed in 2005.Perently he could not get financing in USA and came to Canada to rip people off. Several financings were done in the highier prices, they bought fields that needed to be reworked from the shareholders money. Now they are reworking these wells making fortune through the private Company Pan Southern where the directors and the President have interest. So the money from the production of the public Company is flowing to the private Company and guess who is making money. I have lost fortune so far with ode. i THINK TAE-V IS DIFFERENT,at least you can talk to the President and he is very ambiscious. Just check out last ODE-V financial report how much money went to the operator in the last quarter, about 1 million $. Guess who has that money. ODE-V is still not profitable, despite what the Director JOE is saying in his e-mails to the shareholders that the Company was already profitable in the begining of the year. the reputation of the Management is the most important in the investment community and ODE lost that reputation. They do not care because that is the way they want, low profile, not much interest in the Company and they still make lots of $ through Pan Southern. One day when they accumulate most of the shares at the basement prices they will do another run and dump for pennies or they will sell the properties when they finish the rework program. Those wells need constant rework and there is lots of water with oil which cost fortune to separate. Do your own DD. I hate the manadement of ODE, good Joe is not anymore the director of TAE. TAE in my opinion has good future, just give some time to the President to build this Company. I like what I hear from him anyways.
