It serves the business services industry through its subsidiaries, CSuite Financial Partners, LLC (CSuite), Ravix Group, Inc., Secure Nursing Service, SPI Software, Digital Diagnostics, Inc., and Image Solutions LLC. CSuite is a professional services firm that provides experienced chief financial officers and other finance professionals.

Do you have any idea of the number of shares purchased and the avg. price? How much buying was done by corporate insiders? I checked the Canadian Insider website and saw nothing. 80 to 90 cents in earnings seems a bit high to me but I guess you are expecting that ther took some realized gains in April before the market corrected in May. If they did not take any realized gains then I expect 60 to 65 cents. ( figures are in $CDN )
