Let me ask you marketminer, what does "joint venture" mean? And until this thing is sorted out, speculation is arbitrary. I do know this; CGW has other potential properties to spend this money on leaving SNO(w) out in the cold! If you go into partnership (aka Joint Venture) with somebody, wouldn't you want to look at the books, the product, etc. as part of the deal. Because if you don't, would you be viewed as a bad businessman? I think Abby is being fairly prudent, protecting CGW and it's shareholders. What does SNO have to show for there many years of, "what"? How many potential properties does SNO have in it's portfolio? I'm not bashing SNO, but to me; SNO's management leaves a lot to be desired! Including there recent problems with the commission. I think Abby has some genuine beefs with SNO's management and the way they do things. SNO's goal oriented portfolio gives them away, don't you think? SNO has dragged there heels and they have there share of problems, with only themselves to blame. There's no free ride here and I'm not paying SNO's way!!!! I'm a CGW shareholder and I back Abby's prudent way of doing business. No problems here! WDV
