Hmmmm....Horst Meuller wonder if this is a relative.
Definitely sleazy move knocking the stock down for the placement. I'm sure we are going to have the rose colored glasses group singing the praises of how the company did a smaller placment thereby reducing the dilution of the stock. OH BOY!!!! Penny wise and pound foolish.
