Regarding insider selling. Deals can be made if you have a relationship with a house. Ed & Rick could have sold all their shares for all we know by making a deal with Haywood. Secondly, it seems that Mercap, the company Ed and Rick own, may not be required to file an insiders trading report. Again, that company could also make a side deal on those shares. It's done all the time. Scorpio, the funding company doing the PP is a tax shelter company. Their criteria although stated in their corporate profile, may not apply to REV as you assume. These companies make money on the transaction, not necessarily on the stock in most cases. Their clients are usually looking for a write off. Finally, it is clear that the company has known about the situation in Germany regarding AAA for quite some time. They did not come clean at the end of April in my view only because they were still getting off paper. The potential of the concessions are not in question. The integrity and ethics of this group are. The rumors floating around this board via the company speak volumes. We have heard there are other possibilities regarding the funding of the concessions via this bullboard and their news release ( or possible major remember ). That's manipulative considering what they have accomplished in the last 5 months. From what I have read about the concessions a complete idiot should have the funding in place for this project right now.
