we may see under $1.10 again; but short lived

we may see under $1.10 again; but short livedI got a few inbox messages asking where i think this one is going. Well, IMO, we still need to build a stronger floor. When you see a minimum of 50K plus on the bid side at every penny increment in a 10 cent range then, IMO, you have a floor. This has not happened and it could take a week or so(hopefully I am wrong). Alternatively, if the asks can get taken out at steady pace we may just see a stong(er) breakout with some legs. It would be nice to see some institutional buyer as well(almost always is). But IMO, there is one thing I really really want to see. In all my days trading the juniors the one thing in common with a "real" win(whether awesome drill results, or in this case a legal battle win) is that the principals of the company issue themselves options; quite often the max allowed. I felt the NR on Friday was very nebulous. I am cynical by nature but come on, the halt wasn't long enough to allow shareholders to prepare to trade(regular shareholders, not traders) AND surely they could have offered up a few details from the 200 page document? Things like, are they getting any money, or, is the verdict binding, etc. I have a feeling (like those folks that dumped in the $1.20's) that this is far from over. Don't get me wrong, I like the direction we are heading in, I just have the feeling there will be a few more swings before we find a direction. good tradin' -oldtimer p.s. note: I am very biased because of the size of the position I have in this company, so, I can offer no investment advice at all... but I like the new energy on the board and it is so peaceful without that shawshanked character posting drivel all day, and always in that ridiculous BOLD font.
