RE: Monday morning fluffI concur with a number of posters here. Patience is essential in this process. It sounds to me that we are not as far along as I had believed, particularly in the following partial quote from the news release: "........and are now positioned to further the process with the key decision makers in the province." Just how long it will take to further this process with key decision makers, and how long they will need to review, debate, clarify, etc., is anybody's guess.
While the news release did express some optimism on this point of time required, one should not get overly confident, after all, this is China we are dealing with.....bureaucracy reigns!
