NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. is a precious metals company, which is focused on the development of its 50%-owned Donlin Gold project in Alaska. The Donlin Gold project is a development-stage gold project. The Donlin Gold property is located in the Kuskokwim region of southwestern Alaska on private, Alaska Native-owned mineral and surface land and Alaska state mining claims. The Donlin Gold deposits are situated at approximately 62-degree North latitude and 158-degree West longitude, which is 450 kilometers (km) west of Anchorage and 250 km northeast of Bethel up the Kuskokwim River. The project is held by Donlin Gold LLC (Donlin Gold), which is owned 50% by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, NOVAGOLD Resources Alaska Inc., and 50% by Barrick Gold Corporation's wholly owned subsidiary, Barrick Gold U.S. Inc.

I would like to see NG stay NG, if I would accept any offer, it would be going against why I believed in Nova Gold and there Managment a couple of year's ago. Here we are at a cross road's to sell to barrick or keep Nova Gold alive. I would not sell ever, In my many year's in the Market's I have never experienced a take over to be good, once I signed my proxy, I was giving away my sole, and what do you think Current NG Managment would ever have a say in the future, or will they be quietly fazed out. the later I would imagine I would like to see NG Managment take an active stance and refuse all offer's. You all decide for yourself what is the best for you are you proud of saying I'm a share holder in NovaGold or do you want to be sitting around the dinner table next year looking back at this mess.
