RE: What Happens??? \ Houndtraderyou get .465 shares of SHN.UN for every FE. SHN.UN closed @ $ 21.70. 21.70 X .465 = 10.09 Today , but SHN.UN will be worth less when FE is taken over because of divy's between now and the transfer date. So that is why FE is tradeing a little lower.
