In the book of Frank, 1) you keep letting the staff go so you can put more money in your own pocket, 2)You avoid filing your taxes so the taxman doesn't come and take the last of your assets before you have had an opportunity to siphon them out of the compnay in someway. 3) You invent a new business idea with no chance of success and do a PP, when you can't do that yourself anymore, you find someone who can do that for you....
