RE: Monday morning fluff
I have been to Shentzen,(1999), as it is very close to Hong Kong. I was very impressed with the city. It is ultra-modern, with beautiful skyscrapers and beautiful parks. It even has a stock exchange there.
The city appeared to have a population of about one million but who knows, maybe there has been a huge influx of people since then, to bring the population up to 13 million.
There was alot of construction going on, it was the 50th year of the rule of the communist party and they seemed to be building alot of things to commemorate it.
Anyway, as far as mining permits/business licences go, the bureaucracy has been there from the get-go. In other words, thr red-tape has been a problem since day one, for foreign mining companies. If these sort of delays just started happening recently, I would be more worried.
This could be the break-out year for Mundoro...
