It may be that Booth does not actively pursue any of the takeover opportunities, because if LSG is taken over, he loses his job. Granted he has options and a contract, but his track record at LSG would in my opinion, not create a stampede for his services. Booth has demonstrated he does not understand how juniors operate, also, what must be done to put LSGs best foot forward.
