RE: Ottawa may change softwood pact rulesFree trade must be treated as a whole not bit and pieces. Softwood, oil, mineral, water etc all must be in one. We don't marry our spouses for one part only, do we? USA has been treating Canada as a third world country for far long. As a country the money (4 billion dollars) is worth to risk to stop USA bullying us. All the oilsand projects we should add bad neighbour protection tax clause in every contract sign with USA. Of cause it is no good to my investment but for Canada sake it is a right thing to do.
