Someone call 911. Anyone got a phone?? ICS actually has to sell something in order to make some money. They can sign up as many "partners" as they like, and issue as many press releases as they like, but without a new revenue stream coming in from Soleus, the stock will just lie there. The stock isn't dead, it's just in a coma. Hopefully by Christmas someone will actually be selling Soleus phones so they can make some money and drive the stock up. Until then, think of ICS as a Sleeping Beauty waiting for a prince (handsome or otherwise) to come in and kiss it.
