Wolf...you are working this flow through angle perfectly. Place the doubt in people's mind about the price, then talk about dilution, the say you are waiting for a lower price to get in...texkbook stuff. Good job. The point is CLL received $5.25 at 19+ million shares to invest in the company. If they don't invest, then they don't have the Great Divide, simple, and they don't have a company. The fact that people get a tax break to lower their average cost is irrelevant, good for them. It's happened with every single junior mining and oil company based in Canada since it became available. If the value is $3.66 as you claim, then why is the stock trading above $4? Because people have either sold those shares, or are holding like the rest of us as this company is built. JMO
