People are becoming aware of the needs for moly. Some are saying the corrosion in the BP pipeline in Alaska is a direct result of not using enough molybdenum. Not just molybdenum content of the steel, but "molybdenum sulfide anticorrosion grease used to protect internal joins and welds." It seems that China presently provides most of the world molybdenum supply. They are exporting less each year.
