I read an interesting article a while back that forwarded the arguement that the quantity of uranium tied up in weapons is an total non issue now. Any that is to be sold has long since hit the market. The point was with the price of fuel and the energy crisis looming no Country, Russia or anyone else is that willing to give up the precious commodity for short term gain.
