convertible debenturesno offense to the longs here...i wish you all the luck with this one, but if the company can just rollback and offer convertible debentures whenever it feels like, wtf is to stop them from doing it whenever they want to get more money to fund new purchases. The word "trust" in trust has absolutely nothing to do with specific code of ethical conduct.
