I don't think that we shouldn't think that FDA will not meet it's Dec. 28/06 time frame, the have written obligations to industry of timelines for resubmissions. Will they approve is a whole other kettle. https://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/98fr/98284gd.pdf
