The feasibility study is being undertaken by Duration Resources Ltd.'s 100-per-cent-owned subsidiary Duration Coal Ltd. DCL is the holding company for coal projects to be acquired in Southern Africa. MGD has a 46-per-cent direct interest in DRL and voting control over an additional 46 per cent of the shares. Snowden is a leading international consulting firm with extensive capabilities in coal exploration, resource and reserve estimation, mining and geotechnical engineering, reconciliation and project valuation. Snowden's experienced team of consultants has worked on coal projects in a diverse range of geological, mineralogical and physical environments throughout the world. Snowden is committed to delivering a quality result, and ensures this by subjecting work to peer review, both internally and, when required, by external technical auditors. In order to complete this work, Snowden will: * review the documentation provided; * complete analysis of the data provided; and * provide a report on the findings. Snowden will complete this work by the end of August, 2006. We seek Safe Harbor.
