RE: tbrownI had to look it up this morning, so... There is an option (Standard 3) for listing with a $2 share price if the Market Cap is > $50M, the market value of the public float > $15M (>400 round-lot shareholders and at least 1M shares; Comeau's shares wouldn't count as he is a director) and Shareholders Equity > $4M. WSCE has only about $3M in Shareholder's Equity at present, so they would have to have a $3 share price to qualify at this time. It's fun to imagine. Lots of warrant and option holder's would love to see this happen too. chip
