Question regarding the selling?

Question regarding the selling? Was this really selling or the aquiring of shares on the open market to facilitate the options the directors/management have exercised. If I am not correct the options at .60 were set to expire this year. If the company does not have a reserve of shares that it issues out (for options), then it must purchase them on the open Market. If you look at the SEDI filing (not canadianInsider) it shows the exercise of options and then transaction equalling the total amount exercised. To me it would make no sense why management would exersice and dump now instead of later in the year when the PPS is higher. This scenario has been going on for a couple of months, the last was that lady (can't remember her name off hand) and when the transactions stopped the PPS went up to 1.95. Are the transactions on SEDI/CanadianInsider just shares being trasfered to the issuers account. You'll see an opening balance of 100,000 and then this balue decreaseses with each transaction until the #shares = 100,000 i.e shares have been bought on the open market to facilitate the option exersice or insider dumped (I'm not too sure) I could be completely off!!!! but I can't understand why management would sell right now. They could easily wait for higher prices. That why I'm thinking it could be something else.
