Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

You said: "Weyerhaeuser does not remain in charge of the new Domtar." Look at the news release. And according to the analysts that I heard today, Weyerhaeuser will remain in charge. They own the larger part of the new company and are moving the head office to the US. Weyerhaeuser and its shareholders will continue to call the shots.
