If deal with partner @ 18% it would be a range of $4.60 - $7.50 share. Haywood using 12% but when I called they readily agreed it could be 18%. As their report indicates it all depends on the deal. I don't see anywhere an allowance for value of 4232 either. Let er rip.........................
