Azure Dynamics Corp AZDDQ

Azure Dynamics Corporation (Azure) is engaged in the development and sale of electric vehicle (EV) and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) systems and components. HEV systems include an electric motor, an energy storage system (batteries or ultracapacitors), and an additional power source, such as an internal combustion engine/generator. An EV does not include the additional power source and only includes an electric motor and an energy storage system. It has four wholly owned subsidiaries: Azure Dynamics Inc., Azure Dynamics Incorporated, Azure Dynamics Corporation of America and Azure Dynamics Limited. Azure has developed electric and hybrid electric drive technologies for the light to heavy duty commercial vehicle category (the Technology). Azure has developed three primary product groups, which include full hybrid electric; mild hybrid electric; and pure electric solutions. Target markets include hybrid electric delivery vans and shuttle buses, as well as electric drive applications.

RE: Knowledge is all powerfull

RE: Knowledge is all powerfullWell Deeday, I was justing pondering most of your points yesterday and was coming to many of the same conclusions re: my frustration with this company or should I say not the company but the nuts behind the steering wheel. It,as AHR said, appears to be a company with a valuable asset but one gets the feeling that they are squandering both their goodwill in the investment community and not proceeding, as you said, with at least one or two prospects at full speed to get some money coming in the door. As such, I sent (another)an email to Mr. Glasser basically outlinmg my concerns (and it appears many others) in as forthright and pointed manner as I could. I doubt that I will get much more of a response than I have to previous emails but I think they need to be aware that at the end of the day, if investors get bored with their game then it is likely over for them. They may have stock options but that means nothing if the company is TU. I would encourage others to again write to them. They can ignore one or two but a lot of bad press may get their attention to at least provide some update on things like the review. My biggest concern is the cash burn with no sense of where the next dollar is coming from.
