Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. It sells its product through a field force, including Regional Pediatric Oncology Specialists and medical science liaisons who are helping to educate the medical communities and patients about cisplatin induced ototoxicity and its programs supporting patient access to PEDMARK. In this case I think Cannacord is out of the loop. They took them public and did a few financings but when they were booted out about 4 years ago when they did the large financing. Many of the investors that got in early were with Cannacord so this is probably normal that they would be represented on the sell side.
