Only my though process but I beleive that management may have already had buyout offers and would not bring to the shareholders and board because the value of this company has not been realized in the market. I would not expect any buyout until at least one pod is up and running and possibly two. Dick knows the value in these assets and I would suggest he is not willing to give them up unless he knows it at near full valuation.
