hmmmm

hmmmm This stock trades to a new high and within two days company announces a stock sale a buck lower (or a no PST/GST sale)!! Has to offer a warrant as a sweetner because obviously no one will pick up this deal especially not since the last one was an all out stock purchase before. Than they screw up on the announcement of the news which did go against the rules. Best part of all this is the uranium price still keeps going up so you definitely had to offer all these discounts and an incentive for the underwriters else how would they be able sell it??? Management does not look too bright in this deal. IMHO My point is if the commodity is still hot, why put as discount on the offer?? No interest?? Any comments?
