Can a major make a bid that will stick?
Right now, a major could make a bid for ARU, for 40.00/share, but I strongly believe, that the market will bid the shares way past 40.00 to show their disaproval.
So, a bid of 40.00/share right now, would be pointless.
A major could make a bid of 45.00/share, but again I think enough shareholders would reject this amount too. However, I think that 45.00/share would be the base price from which a bidding war may start.
Which leads me to the point I'm trying to make. If a major is going to take ARU out early, it's going to have to do it soon and I believe, whoever comes out on top, will have to fork out over 50.00/share. So, based on my gut feeling, I believe that we shareholders will come away with at least 50.00 to 55.00/share minimum.
I think the majors don't know what the best course of action is, yet.
However,if the majors keep procrastinating, then ARU will continue to add more and more ounces, and each month that goes by, the share price will increase by 10.00/share, and it may take a takeover bid of 80.00 to 120.00 to separate the shares from its holders.
So long as we continue to see these impressive drill results, we shareholders are sitting pretty...
