Same company, different names, completely different lines of business. Victory Ventures tried to make a go of it in diamonds (Alberta Diamond Play). Didn't succeed. Lucked out by discovering that they owned the domain name "investment.com" and decided to get into the internet investment business. They've got a shell of a site up, but are taking their time with it. I think they need to be moving quicker as there is competition developing out there (see www.stox.com, another example of a site under development).
And yes, they are affiliated with Stockhouse but I'm not quite clear about the relationship.
