Energy Fuels Inc. is a critical minerals company focused on uranium, rare earth elements (REEs), heavy mineral sands (HMS), vanadium and medical isotopes. when the PP comes due on

when the PP comes due on the 25th - what happens. I am new to this so I really do not understand the PP thing. Does this mean that on the 25th the holders can at that time sell the shares? (not before?) Is there a time frame for them to sell-or can they sell from the 25th to 5 years from now? Please explain and thanks in advance. BTW - just bought a few today at 1.50 FKLOSTER
