TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc. (nickel/iron DSO mine). Siana is located in Tubod, Surigao del Norte, approximately 35 kilometers from Surigao City and near to Lake Mainit. The Balabag Gold and Silver Mine, which spans a 4,779-hectare Mineral Production Sharing Agreement. The mine is situated within the municipalities of Bayog in Zamboanga del Sur and Diplahan and Kabasalan in Zamboanga Sibugay, Mindanao, Philippines.

"The share price never looked so cheap to me for quite a while . . . " - if the share price had been indeed cheap the management would have initiated their 'buy back' plan. it isn't. they are waiting for it to go down to $0.035 / share before they would put their 'plan' into action. so, there is still a long way to go, be patient. tum49
