A Word Of Caution

A Word Of CautionFor anyone who is considering buying or selling based on the latest eResearch Report, here is something to keep in mind. Several years ago when: a} Oil was about one half the price it is today, b} PSH, I believe, still had some debt, c} PSH had little, if any, monthly income, and d) drilling in Texas had not even started, eResearch estimated that the PSH stock should be over $0.70. Today when: a} Oil is over $60 a barrel, b} PSH has no debt and has money in the bank, c} PSH has a good and steadily growing monthly income, and d} PSH has drilled eight successful wells in Texas with more to come, eResearch is now estimating that next year PSH should be up to $0.60. eResearch was totally wrong several years ago. Why would anyone think that anything they published now would be any more reliable that what they published several years ago? Unless eResearch has all new people and all new methods of evaulating a company, it would appear that their information is nothing more than a wild guess.
