Resultsppcli - here is a copy of a message from Coach that was put on the ECU board recently. He is a very knowledgeable mining guy who is extremely generous with respect to sharing his insights. Copy follows: I have a small position in GOG of 10,000 shares. I bought in specifically because of the JV deal with ECU for the San Diego property as I could not care less about their James Bay lowlands project. The only concern that I have is that management may not have a real commitment to the San Diego, and perhaps a round of strong drilling results will change their outlook. I do think San Diego is capable of hosting a deposit as big as Velardena. That is not just hype and we will not know for sure for a long time since it will take years to drill off anything nearly as big as we already have at Velardena. But keep in mind the the geological setting is similar, and probably the same intrusive that has been the source of alteration throughout the district is also a factor at San Diego. We already know that similar high grade, narrow vein systems are on the property, and the gold grades near surface appear to be even higher than at Velardena. The potential is very real, and I have heard that they are doing 15,000m of drilling which is a big program and that will likely send at least a couple of deep cores to test for a larger ore body at depth. I think they will be able to drill about 75-100m per day, so the first couple of drill cores could be completed within a week, but the assay process takes at least 2 months from what I am hearing. I do not think they can use their own lab for the assays on this, it will have to be sent to an independent accredited lab to preserve the arms length relationship to the results, but I am not 100% sure. As far as I know there are a few individuals that own property concessions nearby but I do not know of any other companies with holdings except for Penoles. cheers! COACH247
