RE: pipelineit was my understanding that the GOC was to pay for the pipline in the first place and now has recinded that proposal and now it looks like the only way the pipeline will go forward will be through an equity stake in multibillion-dollar Arctic gas pipeline should the development be at risk of getting scrapped. thanks for your post
