I am not exactly sure.The principal of this IR company is Dale Puryk.He has put together a presentation at the same time for MGM and another tech company that will talk before Peter.I know he is a shareholder and likes the deal alot.I will inquire on monday and figure out if he has signed a contract. I dont like IR companies with multiple clients.I prefer an independant consultant that has a large position in the company,has a network of brokers,investors and the time to focus specificly on one deal.Hmmmm,I think I be a good fit.........
