It is good to know that you spend "countless hours" researching a company...must of been a long phone call into the wee hours of Friday. Me I just spin a wheel with a bunch of letters on it every year... "I can see where they could mistake an educated investor with being an insider" oh boy... actually you sounded like a paid shill pumping out the company line. Geezz.... Transcript of the negotiations: "Vell Meester Miller sank you very much for zee excellent presentation. Vee Vould like to invest in za company zee $2.5 million and vee vould like a big Canadaian varrant vis dat as close to dee financing prize but no zo close dat it looks very very greedy vee vant it look only greedy" ... OK that sounds good. To use your words, I sincerely hope that we do not have to deal with another "financing" that "came out of nowhere.....
