RE: Would you put cheap $$$$ ahead of one of On first examination I would agree with you. But when you look into it further its not all that straight forward. If you talk to surgeons about the LASIK procedure they'll admit its fairly simple (when compared to cataracts, etc...) Mind you, it is your eyes, so you want a good surgreon, but that doesn't mean you should over pay. TLC has agreements with Insurance compaines that offer their clients large discounts. What does this mean. Are those people going to get the same surgery, or some hack job. If TLC can offer certain people a lower price, why can't other compaines or even independants offer everyone a lower price. I think the most important thing is the person who is performaning the surgery, not how much your paying them, or even who they work for. Just my 2 cents.
