RE: Arbitration?

RE: Arbitration?Hi blueboron99 EPS, which is the Govnt, will be on the hook until the arbitration outcome is announced. This is a matter between EPS and EV regardless who the new tender bidder becomes and when it is announced. Just to clarify--The Serbian Gov will tender EPS with the potential of a new owner having a liability of an arbitration settlement of 15 million and a threat of much larger lawsuit(lost profits) in the future.I wonder if the Serbian gov will assure the potential bidders that they have taken care of the arbitration(greased some palms on the panel of judges) and it will be a non issue to the new owner of EPS???I can't imagine someone bidding on EPS with the threat of 100million lawsuit down the road.Your thoughts on this issue?
