I conveyed our many concerns to ED. Things are moving along and Hut may be very accurate as to the timeline. Paperwork is holding us up but that is par for the course, of course. The web site and announcements will be addressed soon. REMEMBER, it is difficult to make announcements while the deal is being finalized. I encouraged Ed to make some sort of an updated announcement. All I can say is the usual; we have a great deal, we are approaching the finish, we must retain our patience level and wait out this never ending climax.
