I love a management team that taps into the investmtent market when the stock price is down and nobody is interested. That shows smarts on the part on management. Even better, there is little downside risk for the participants of the flow through pp as their after tax price is well below the current trading price. At least maybe they won't go bankrupt as early as some other junior energy companies that are in debt up to their ears.
