RE: Additional Funds Leo...

RE: Additional Funds Leo...You seam to have a learning impediment....SGR is a gold producer... if you want a pure exploration play and pump ARU and others are for sale down the road.. The dilution is minimal for the cash recieved... this cash will accelerate mine development and production... they already have 7 years of 100K oz production in the existing 43 101's ... they want to produce gold, not dump the project to a major or mid tier company. Debenture means control: of the paper, and no hedgeing that would be required by the banks. There are no warrants and no broker warrants... half the dilution of a financing here @ 1.30 and control of the stock for 1 year not 4 months. You must be ticked, expecting a flow through placement maybe and sold all your stock...LOL If you don't like it sell whatever you have left and move on! This is the best news I've had in some time.... lower level development ... Cartwright development..... wingold development just like I told you guys last week.... most had little or no intrest in discussing it then. The lower SA will be the equivilant of another mine... production target by next year end at 100K/ year rate!
