The Company has two operating sites in Canada and a 52-acre site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jamestown, New York state for its planned gigafactory.

Sankar is going to try to sell or merge the company. Sell is more likely. It may be easier for one to control the company and decide its ultimate fate. It could also be that manufacturing may leave Canada and Jacobs did not like the idea...who the heck knows and as usual we investors will be the last to know. In any case I will ride this one out come Sankar or high money.
