Last qtrly report indicated 27,255 Mil stock O/S. 51.8% would be 14,118 Mil. Less 4 Mil = 10,118 Mil or 37.1% Why would they sell privately now. The 3rd qtr results will be issued soon and they are supposed to be very positive. I am a long time stock holder and I am only trying to understand the logic here. Why are they changing the share structure at this time. Also note that the telcos in Canada are currently switching to an Income Trust format.
